In the Atyrau region, a 59-year-old woman working as a security guard at a rural medical station died under mysterious circumstances. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
She was found dead with a shovel in her hands near an electric generator, according to the KTK TV channel. According to the TV channel, on that day, 59-year-old Klara Kenzhegaliyeva was tasked with mowing grass on the territory entrusted to her. A few hours later, she was found dead.
The son of the deceased suggests that she may have been electrocuted. "I ran here and saw that my mother was lying right at this spot. She had a shovel in her hands," said the son of the deceased, Adilbek Galymov. The man found the security guard's body near the electric generator.
According to him, ambulance workers photographed the scene and examined the body. There were burn marks on the woman's back. However, the morgue issued a conclusion that Klara Kenzhegaliyeva died from a cerebral hemorrhage. However, relatives disagree with this.
Surveillance cameras could have helped clarify the circumstances of the incident, but they were not working. And the management of the medical station stated that no one had tasked the woman security guard with clearing grass near dangerous facilities. "I also heard that we had given such a task. Specifically, no such task was given by us. However, I heard an audio recording with the words: 'Keep the territory clean, mow the grass.' When I asked the local nurse what task had been given, she said there was no task to clear near the transformer," said Saida Zulkasheva, director of the Kurmangazy district hospital.
Currently, the family of the deceased is trying to establish the truth and find those responsible. They appealed to the prosecutor's office and demanded a comprehensive and fair investigation of the case.
