The fire at the Atyrau oil refinery has been fully extinguished, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
On August 25 at 12:55, a report of smoke at the Atyrau oil refinery was received at the "112" dispatch center. Given the specifics of the facility, the Ministry's forces and resources were immediately dispatched to the scene at a high alert level, the statement said.
At 13:42, the fire was contained, preventing further spread. Currently, the fire has been completely extinguished. There are no casualties.
