Appointment as akim

Keykin was appointed to the position of akim on July 10, 2023.

Career background

Previously, he headed the trade department at the Ministry of Trade and Integration. He began his career as a broker in the commercial department of Tenizmunaykomplekt LLP (1993–1999).

He later served as deputy director for commerce at RAMAKO LLP and as director of Kazstroyservice LTD LLP.
