The company's revenue grew less dramatically, rising 36.5% to 2.7 billion tenge from 1.99 billion tenge in 2024.
The company is registered in Astana but has three representative offices (grain receiving points) in the villages of Zhaltyr (Astrakhan district, Akmola region), Perekatnoye (Zhaksy district, Akmola region), and Saumalkol (Ayrtau district, North Kazakhstan region). It also has a subsidiary, Qaz-Qar Ltd-KhPP-No. 3 (formerly Sugar Trade). The sole owner of Qaz-Qar Ltd is Yerbol Dyusenov. He also owns and manages KhPP AYIRTAU BIDAY (Astana) and INSPECTION CONTROL (Taraz).
The group is engaged in grain storage at grain receiving enterprises, issuance of grain receipts, and other activities. As of end-2025, the company's workforce grew to 208 from 192 a year earlier (group: 281 from 262). The company's uncovered loss as of end-2025 stood at 99.7 million tenge.
The company's fixed assets with an initial cost of 3.3 billion tenge serve as collateral under agreements with the Problem Loan Fund.
