A new panoramic point has been found in Astana. An observation deck is operating on top of the main republican mosque. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Residents and guests of the capital have discovered a new location for impressive photos — an observation deck located on one of the minarets of the Central Mosque. It turns out that not many people know about the existence of this tourist spot yet.

Visitors who have already climbed up note that from there Astana is visible as if in the palm of your hand. The mosque itself — the largest in Central Asia — impresses with its scale, cleanliness, and architectural elegance, and its interiors and scope remind many of the famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi.

"I've been there so many times and didn't know there was an observation deck"

"I once got off at this stop and was surprised that there is a bus stop under the mosque"

"Wow, what views," users write.

For visitors' comfort, the ascent to the deck is equipped with a modern elevator, so there is no need to climb on foot for long. The entrance ticket to the observation deck costs 2000 tenge.

As the video author notes, the visit can be combined with a walk. The area around the mosque is fully landscaped. There is a beautiful park, a walking area, and fountains.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle wrote about a new "secret" location in Almaty with a view of the city being discussed on social media. It refers to old tanks on a hill, from where impressive sunsets can be seen.
