169 violations were related to speeding, and in 134 cases he drove in the bus lane. On May 3 of this year, surveillance cameras recorded him driving along Uly Dala Avenue at a speed of 137 km/h.
Given the public danger and systematic nature of the offenses, the court classified his actions as petty hooliganism and sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.
