A bicycle fell from the 11th floor of a high-rise building in Astana, narrowly missing a child. The moment was captured on surveillance cameras. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The video was published on the Instagram account sergek.kaz. The footage shows a bicycle falling near the entrance of a residential building. Just seconds earlier, a small child had passed through the same spot.
According to eyewitnesses, the bicycle fell from the 11th floor. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
Police reported that they have identified the legal representatives of a minor who may be involved in the incident.
"Police officers have identified the legal representatives of the minor. An administrative protocol has been drawn up against them for improper fulfillment of duties in raising a minor child," the department said.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that police in the Kyzylorda region uncovered two large drug plantations.
