A half-naked man who committed vandalism in the lobby of a residential building in Astana has been detained, the city police department reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
A video circulated on social media shows the man kicking the elevator doors several times and knocking over a children's stroller in the lobby. After that, he took off his underwear and attempted to defecate on the children's stroller.
According to police, two men were held administratively liable for petty hooliganism and disturbing public order and were placed in a temporary detention facility.
"In addition, a 30-year-old man was held liable for being in a public place while intoxicated," the statement said.
The incident occurred in the city of Astana. According to the police department, appropriate measures were taken after the video spread on social networks. The violators were detained and brought to administrative responsibility.
