A new building of the Tajikistan Embassy has opened in Kazakhstan. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Emomali Rahmon attended the opening ceremony of the new Tajikistan Embassy building located on Anatoly Khrapaty Street in Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Tokayev and Rahmon cut the ceremonial ribbon. The Presidential Orchestra then performed the national anthems of both countries, the presidential press service reported.
The heads of state were shown a video about the embassy building. They then toured the diplomatic mission.
