Fraud scheme
According to the prosecutor's office statement, to commit fraud the entrepreneur used previously completed orders and positive reviews. He spent the money received from clients on personal needs.
Investigation results
During the investigation, it was established that 31 citizens suffered from his actions, and the total damage caused exceeded 1.7 million tenge.
In court, the state prosecutor fully proved the defendant's guilt.

Taking into account the compensation of the damage caused, he was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months of restricted freedom with probation control established. The court verdict has entered into legal force.
