A 25-year-old foreigner was fined 20 MCI for an obscene video filmed at the Triumphal Arch on Mangilik El Avenue in Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the capital's police department, the girl posted a video on TikTok where she parodies Mia Boyka's song "Exhibit" using 18+ language.
Law enforcement identified the author of the publication. She turned out to be blogger Angelina Vanina.
"Materials have been collected against the girl for petty hooliganism. By court decision, she was given an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 20 MCI," police reported.
The police reminded that violation of public order and publication of offensive content may entail liability under the legislation of Kazakhstan.
The day before, two bloggers were arrested in Almaty for indecent videos on social networks.
