A man in Astana was arrested for urinating from the entrance window of a residential building. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the specialized inter-district court for administrative offenses of the capital, the incident occurred on August 24, 2026, at 00:30. The man was on the stairwell of a residential building and urinated while looking out the entrance window onto the street.
A video of the man violating public order spread on social media. When imposing the penalty, the court took into account the nature of the act, disrespect for society, and the publicity of the incident on social networks.
By court order, Zh. was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Code and subjected to administrative arrest for 10 days. The order has not entered into legal force.
