Astana Hub has started accepting applications for its program to master in-demand IT specialties. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Under the program, citizens aged 18 to 45 can receive a voucher for training at IT schools and master one of the in-demand digital specialties. According to the official statement, participants can receive a voucher worth up to 500,000 tenge for offline training and up to 400,000 tenge for online or hybrid formats.

Results of the Tech Orda Program

It is worth noting that applications are being accepted for the fifth anniversary season of the Tech Orda program. Since 2021, more than 12,500 Kazakhstanis have received training. According to monitoring results, 90% of economically active graduates are employed, and their average salary is 725,000 tenge, which is approximately 43% higher than the average monthly salary in the country.

Additionally, more than 3,200 people have changed their profession and started a career in IT thanks to the Tech Orda program. Graduates of the program have been hired by 1,287 companies, including leading companies such as Kaspi.kz, Halyk Bank, Freedom Finance, Kolesa Group, Kcell, EPAM Kazakhstan, Yandex, Wolt, 2GIS, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and Accenture.
