The Astana city administration has warned that two streets will be temporarily closed during the concert of famous singer Enrique Iglesias. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The concert will take place on September 3 at 20:00 at the Astana Arena stadium. To ensure public safety and quick access for spectators, temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced.
Which streets will be closed?
Restrictions will be imposed from the side of the Alau Ice Palace (Marco Polo Street) and from the side of the Saryarka Velodrome (Mesrop Mashtots Street), according to the official statement.
Shuttle routes
To reduce the load on traffic, special shuttle buses will be organized. They will run from 16:00 from four locations to the Astana Arena stadium. Spectators can leave their cars in parking lots and take shuttle buses to the stadium.
Shuttle bus departure points:
- 01Parking near the Capital Circus;
- 02Parking near the Hazret Sultan Mosque;
- 03Parking near the Kazakhstan Sports Complex on Kazhymukan Street;
- 04Parking near the Nur-Sultan Mosque.
After the concert, shuttle buses will bring spectators back to these parking lots.
