In Astana, police detained two men after outrageous acts in apartment building lobbies. One took off his underwear on a stairwell landing next to a baby stroller, while the other, wearing only underwear, smashed an elevator. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Police identified the participants in both incidents. They turned out to be men aged 27 and 30.
"For committing petty hooliganism and disturbing the peace, both men were brought to administrative liability and placed in a temporary detention room," the Astana police reported.
In addition, the 30-year-old man was held liable for appearing in a public place in a state of alcohol intoxication. The materials were sent to court for a decision.
Earlier, "Kursiv" reported that in Uralsk a man was arrested for 20 days after he climbed onto a gas pipe of a residential building without clothes.
