A man who committed indecent acts against a girl on a bus in Astana has been arrested. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
During monitoring of social media, police officers identified a girl's post about a man committing indecent acts on public transport. This was stated by the press service of the department.
"During monitoring of social media, police officers identified a girl's post about a man committing indecent acts on public transport," the police statement said.
As a result of operational measures, a 46-year-old man was identified and detained. By a court decision, he was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
Police warn that any indecent acts and unlawful behavior towards citizens are unacceptable, and such actions entail liability established by law.
