A 27-year-old Hyundai driver in Astana was arrested for 10 days after a conflict with a bus driver. The man blocked traffic in the bus lane, used obscene language and hit the window of the public transport vehicle several times, the capital's police reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Police identified and detained the participant in the conflict. He turned out to be Toktar Narynbay, a native of the Almaty region.
"An administrative case was opened against him for petty hooliganism. By a court decision, he was sentenced to arrest for 10 days," police said.
During the check, it turned out that the man should not have been driving: his right to drive vehicles was temporarily suspended due to unfulfilled debt obligations.
In addition, police identified other traffic violations, including deliberately creating obstacles to traffic and violating stopping rules. The driver was also brought to administrative responsibility for these.
Police reminded that aggression on the road and violation of traffic rules entail liability established by law.
