Astana will temporarily restrict traffic on certain street sections from November 5 to 7, 2026. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The measures are related to the preparation and holding of international political events.
Special state and law enforcement agencies, as well as the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, will be involved in ensuring security.
«In addition, from November 1, training flights of military aviation will be conducted in the capital's airspace,» the statement said.
Residents and guests of Astana are asked to treat the temporary restrictions and security measures with understanding.
