A free community for women over 45 has been launched in Astana, where participants can meet, socialize, and spend time together. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The idea for the community was proposed by 52-year-old Aigul Balgabayeva. According to her, after moving to Astana, she faced a lack of communication and support, and decided to create a space where women 45+ could meet, walk, travel, and spend free time together.

One of the meeting formats became "rides" around the city. These are car rides during which women can get to know each other and simply chat.

"Rides around Astana are not paid therapy. It's more of a format for rest, communication, and emotional reboot: we get into cars, get acquainted, talk, laugh, look at the city. Participation is free," said Aigul.

According to Balgabayeva, the community appeared recently, but about 170 women have already joined. Participants get acquainted, discuss topics relevant to women, and plan joint meetings and activities.

"It's important for me that women feel they are not alone. After 45, life doesn't end — you can continue to meet people, travel, and simply live brightly and with pleasure," says the Astana resident.

At the same time, the organizer herself actively travels and develops a blog. Since the age of 48, she began regularly traveling abroad. According to her, she has visited more than 17 countries and 30 cities worldwide.

She wants to bring this experience to the community as well. They plan not only walks and "rides" but also joint trips and other activities.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle wrote about an Astana resident named Madina, who rides a bicycle to work all year round, combining trips with bright and stylish looks.
