A man who called the '102' service and insulted the operator has been sentenced in Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the city prosecutor's office, he was charged under Part 1 of Article 378 of the Criminal Code 'Insulting a representative of authority during the performance of official duties'. By court verdict, he was sentenced to 30 hours of community service. The verdict has entered into legal force.
