In Astana, police identified and arrested the owner of a car whose body had been written on with insults and obscene words. A court sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
A video of the car in Astana was published by the public page "Zhaloby Astana" on Threads. The entire body and windows were covered in white paint. Among the inscriptions were the words "urod" (freak), "izmennik" (cheater), "tvar" (creature), as well as obscene words. The authors of the page suggested that the inscriptions were behind a relationship story.
A day later, police of the Yesil district wrote that they had found the owner of the car.
"A resident of the capital who was driving a car with offensive inscriptions containing obscene language and visible to others has been identified," the police statement said.
A specialized court arrested the car owner for 10 days under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Code, which is petty hooliganism.
Meanwhile, in Almaty, motorists began decorating cars with fake blood, bloody handprints and dummy human limbs ahead of Halloween. Police warned that such decorations could pose a danger to traffic, and if rules are violated, drivers face administrative liability.
