Road workers will carry out preventive works on the Astana-Pavlodar highway, including repair of reinforced concrete pavement, reported Kazavtozhol company. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

"On the republican highway 'Astana-Shiderti-Pavlodar-Uspenka-RF border', planned monitoring of the road surface condition continues. During the next patrol, employees of DEU-61 of the Pavlodar regional branch of Kazhservice LLP at the 86th kilometer in the direction of Astana city identified tension in transverse concrete slabs. Road services have already started work on this section," the published statement said.

First of all, the company installed necessary temporary road signs to ensure the safety of traffic participants.

"Next, work will be carried out to repair the reinforced concrete pavement. Such measures are taken as part of regular maintenance and monitoring of highways," the company reported.

The purpose of the work is timely identification of road sections requiring preventive intervention and prevention of complications on the roadway. The company asks motorists to comply with the requirements of temporary road signs, speed limits and be careful when passing this section.

These road repair works are carried out within the framework of Kazavtozhol's overall program to improve road infrastructure and enhance road safety. Company specialists constantly monitor the condition of the road surface and, if necessary, promptly carry out repair works. These measures are aimed at ensuring long-term operation of roads and preventing road traffic accidents.

The Astana-Pavlodar direction is one of the country's important transport corridors, so special attention is paid to its condition. During repair works, drivers are recommended to strictly follow temporary signs and reduce speed. The company notes that after the repair is completed, the quality of the road surface will improve and comfortable conditions will be created for drivers.

Kazavtozhol company apologizes for the temporary inconvenience caused by repair works and asks drivers to be understanding. Additional information about the repair timeline will be announced later.
