Earlier, Kursiv reported that Kazhydromet forecasts unstable weather for October 20-22 due to shifting cyclones. Heavy rain and snow are expected on October 20 in Pavlodar Region, and on October 21-22 in the east of the country, while daytime temperatures in Mangystau Region may warm up to +26 °C, and at night in the mountains of the south-east may drop to -8 °C.
