A new private company, Arvo Capital Group Ltd, has been registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). The sole shareholder of the structure is Zhandos Rakhmet, a deputy of the Astana maslikhat of the VIII convocation. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The company was registered on 5 October 2026. The main activity is listed as the work of holding companies. The capital of Arvo Capital Group Ltd is 10 million tenge – the structure issued 10,000 ordinary shares with a value of 1,000 tenge per share.

According to published data, the company will engage in holding activities.

Biography of the deputy

Rakhmet was born on 19 June 1986 in the city of Yereimentau, Akmola region. In 2006, he graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Since March 2023, he has been a member of the capital's maslikhat. Until February 2025, he was a member of the commission on socio-cultural development, and from 14 February 2025, he moved to the permanent commission of the maslikhat on budget, economy, industry and entrepreneurship.
