A demonstration flight of an air taxi took place in Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The air taxi is similar in size to a passenger car and can accommodate a pilot and five passengers. The maximum weight of the vehicle is up to 450 kg. The flight altitude ranges from 300 to 1200 meters.
As noted by presidential aide Kuanyshbek Yessekeyev at the presentation, the republic is constantly creating conditions for the development of this type of aircraft.
