The vehicle was spotted during patrol on one of the district's streets. Police officers stopped the car and prevented a possible traffic accident.
During the check, it turned out that the SUV belongs to the child's father. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the man for improper performance of duties in raising and ensuring the safety of a minor, as well as for the child being outside the home at night without the accompaniment of a legal representative.
Materials sent to court
The materials were sent to court. According to Polisia.kz, the parent was held liable. After the incident, police conducted a preventive conversation with the parents and the child.
The department recalled that an operational and preventive campaign "Attention, children!" is underway in Kazakhstan. Parents were urged to prevent minors from driving cars and not to leave children unattended on the street at night.
