On July 30, a man riding an electric bicycle hit a minor girl who was riding a bicycle. However, the man did not provide assistance to the injured girl and fled the scene.
As a result, the teenager received various bodily injuries, the regional police department reported.
During operational search measures, police identified the 58-year-old electric bicycle driver and brought him to the police department. A pre-trial investigation is underway.
