Circumstances of the incident
The victim worked as a truck driver and regularly visited a grocery store on Nokin Avenue with his colleagues. The saleswoman's husband became jealous of his wife over the regular customer and forbade him from coming to the store.

Criminal case and trial
A criminal case was opened against the attacker under the article "Intentional infliction of grave harm to health."
In court, the defendant confirmed that he had forbidden the victim from visiting the store. At the same time, he claimed that the customer hit him first. When the men were separated, the defendant realized he had wounded his opponent.
