An 18-year-old conscript serving in Aktobe said he was beaten and hospitalized. According to the National Guard, an investigation has been launched. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
"Regarding this fact, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Military Investigation Department of the Aktobe garrison against a serviceman of the military unit 6655," the statement said.
Currently, all circumstances of the case are being established. Based on the results of a comprehensive and objective investigation, an appropriate legal assessment will be given.
