The incident spread on social media. The adult man met the schoolboy on social media.
During their correspondence, he concealed his real age. Over time, the communication escalated into personal meetings.
After the intimate relationship, the teenager required medical assistance.
A severe infection was detected in the schoolboy, and he was hospitalized. A criminal case has been opened.
"Currently, the Aktobe city police department is conducting a pre-trial investigation. After the necessary investigative actions, a procedural decision will be made," the Aktobe region police department said.
