Ahead of the school year, the Aktobe Regional Children's Dental Clinic is experiencing a rush — doctors see up to 200 patients a day. In this regard, the health department reminds that planned and emergency care for children under 18 under the mandatory social health insurance (OSMS) can also be obtained at other medical facilities in the city. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the city administration, traditionally before the start of the school year, the demand for medical services at the Children's Dental Clinic increases sharply. Due to mass check-ups and treatment of schoolchildren, the workload on doctors increases several times.
"Every day, more than 130 children receive therapeutic care here, and over 65 patients receive surgical care," the statement says.
To avoid long waits in line, parents can seek dental care for their children at other medical institutions. According to the administration, dental treatment for children under OSMS is also provided by other clinics that are official providers of the Social Health Insurance Fund.
These include: Diamond Dent LLP; BZ Holding LLP; Ai-Altyn LLP; Meda-Aktobe LLP; Mediker Ilek LLP; Orynbasarov Nurkhan Nartayevich LLP; TT and K LLP; State Utility Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management; Multidisciplinary Regional Children's Hospital; Individual Entrepreneur ARUDENT; Aigul Clinic LLP; Amina and Ali LLP; Almash Life LLP; Medicus Center medical institution; Aktobe Railway Hospital LLP.
The administration also emphasized that for any questions in this area, one can contact the patient support service of the clinic or the deputy head of the health department for maternal and child health, Aigul Amanzhulova.
