In Aktobe, responsible employees of a local hospital were brought to administrative responsibility after the institution's official documents were found at an unauthorized dump. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Polisia.kz.
The reason for the inspection was a video published on social media. In the footage, a resident of Aktobe recorded the unloading of garbage in a steppe zone outside the city.
Among the construction waste, official documents belonging to one of the medical institutions were found, including several accounting journals.
Police established that responsible persons of the hospital violated the rules of improvement of territories of settlements. An administrative protocol was drawn up against them.
District inspectors also held a preventive conversation with employees about compliance with improvement rules. After police intervention, the medical institution eliminated the unauthorized dump on its own.
The police called on residents and organizations to comply with environmental requirements and dispose of waste only in specially designated places.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that a video appeared on social media showing a discarded coat of arms allegedly found by a resident of the Tupkaragan district of the Mangistau region. The man did not take the find, citing the risk of a fine, but the akimat of the Mangistau region said that after examining the dump and the surrounding area, the state symbol was not found.
