In the city of Kandyagash, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region, the number of people poisoned at a wedding has increased. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Another 11 people sought medical help after food poisoning at the wedding. As of 14:00 on June 23, 113 patients with signs of intestinal infection sought medical help and were hospitalized in the Mugalzhar district hospital and the regional clinical infectious diseases hospital.
Emergency messages were sent to the sanitary service, and samples were taken for bacteriological research, - said the regional health department.
According to doctors, some patients are in moderate condition, while others are improving.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 304 of the Criminal Code "Violation of sanitary rules or hygienic standards" regarding the poisoning, - said the regional police department.
Recall that visitors to the "Tumar" restaurant in Kandyagash were massively poisoned at a wedding. On the first day, 102 people were hospitalized.
