Over 100 people were poisoned at a restaurant in the Aktobe region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on June 22. During a wedding celebration at the restaurant, more than 100 people were poisoned. All of them were hospitalized. According to doctors, their condition is stable.
Currently, the regional sanitary and epidemiological control department is conducting an investigation. Specialists are studying samples taken from the restaurant to determine the cause of the poisoning.
This is the largest food poisoning incident in the region recently. Local authorities have temporarily suspended the restaurant's operations.
