FC Aktobe has issued an official statement following a scandal at the match against Shymkent's Ordabasy. The club emphasized that it stands for interethnic harmony, but decided to fully assume the financial expenses of the underage female fans who came under police sanctions. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Despite the provocative nature of the action, Aktobe promised financial support to the girls who held the banner in the stadium stands.

"For FC Aktobe, every fan matters. FC Aktobe will fully reimburse the expenses of our six girls who received fines. Our girls fully understood what they did wrong and promised to support the team according to all the rules," the club's press service said.

Aktobe also called on all other fans to observe sports ethics, protect the team's reputation and show mutual respect in the stands. The club stated that private actions of individuals do not reflect the position of the club itself.

The match took place on October 17 at the central stadium of Aktobe and ended with a 3:1 victory for Shymkent's Ordabasy.

According to the HALYQSTAN Telegram channel, two girls held a banner with offensive inscriptions and the flag of Uzbekistan. The parents of the underage girls were later brought to administrative responsibility.
