FC Aktobe has issued an official statement after information emerged about the club's debt to coaches and players. The statement was published on the club's Instagram. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Club operations continue as normal
The FC management stated that the club continues its activities as normal. Currently, the agency agreements mentioned in the publications, previously concluded by the former chairman of the club's management board, A. Ospanov, are undergoing a legal review for compliance with the requirements of legislation and FIFA regulations.
Official position of the club
"Based on the results of the review, if the legality of these agreements is confirmed, all stipulated payments will be made in full. If violations are identified, the club intends to seek recovery of the relevant funds from A. Ospanov through the courts," the FC statement says.
