Aktau celebrated two national holidays simultaneously – National Dombra Day and Astana Day. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The main event of the evening was a performance by 500 young dombra players who played famous Kazakh kuis on the stage of the Amphitheater near the Caspian Sea. Hundreds of spectators gathered for the festive concert dedicated to National Dombra Day.
The audience was presented with the works 'Erke Sylkym', 'Balbyrauyn', and 'Adai'. The mass performance of national kuis was one of the brightest moments of the evening. The audience especially warmly received Kurmangazy's famous kui 'Adai'.
