In the village of Akshukur, Mangystau Region, authorities identified a woman who left a large pile of garbage in the middle of the street. The offender was found thanks to a store receipt discovered among the waste, reports Lada.kz. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Lada.kz.
Local residents noticed the dump on one of the streets. They filmed the garbage and contacted the authorities. After that, representatives of the akimat and police officers arrived at the scene.
During the inspection of the waste, a receipt from a store was found. With its help, law enforcement officers were able to identify the woman who threw out the trash.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the villager under Article 505 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan — violation of rules for improvement of territories of cities and settlements. She was fined 20 MCI, or 86,500 tenge.
After the incident, the woman apologized to the villagers and promised not to leave garbage on the street again. Employees of the municipal enterprise "Taza-Tupkaragan" were tasked with cleaning up the dump.
