The United States has not delivered weapons worth approximately $14.3 billion to Ukraine under the USAI program. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to reports from the Pentagon Inspector General, the United States has failed to deliver weapons and military services totaling about $14.3 billion to Ukraine under the "Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative" (USAI). As stated in the documents, since February 2022, the US Congress has allocated $33.5 billion for this program.
However, as of March 2026, the value of weapons and services actually delivered to Kyiv amounted to only $19.2 billion, or approximately 57% of the total. Meanwhile, in a subsequent report published in August, the share of delivered assistance was estimated at 57.3%.
The March figure remained virtually unchanged.
