Betege-U company earned a profit of 172.5 million tenge in 2025, following a loss of 174.9 million tenge in 2024, according to the company's financial statements. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The sole owner of Betege-U is Arman Kudaibergenov, the son of Galim Kudaibergenov and Svetlana Umarova, who founded the family business.
The company's revenue increased to 2.13 billion tenge from 1.6 billion tenge in 2024. At the same time, the cost of goods sold and services rose less dramatically, to 1.72 billion tenge from 1.56 billion tenge in 2024. Retained earnings at the end of 2025 amounted to 285.5 million tenge.
Betege-U was founded in 2003 in the village (now a selo) of Zhaltyr, Astrakhan district, Akmola region. The village has a railway station.
The company owns a grain storage facility with a capacity of 55,000 tonnes of grain, an oil depot, and a mill. Earlier media reports indicated the mill's capacity is 120 tonnes of flour per day. Specifically, the company handled the reception of about 100,000 tonnes of grain and stored about 25,000 tonnes of subsidized diesel fuel for farmers in the Astrakhan and Egindykol districts.
Arman Kudaibergenov is the owner of several companies: Bota-2015 (Shchuchinsk, Akmola region), Zhaltyr-Tas (Zhaltyr), KhPP Arna (Makinsk, Akmola region), KhPP Lana (Atbasar, Akmola region), Kumai-Yesil (Kumai village, Yesil district), Millhouse (Zhaltyr), Fuzar (Astana), SMB Agro (Shchuchinsk), and BULANDY GAZOBETON (Makinsk).
The Development Bank of Kazakhstan (a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding) reported providing Bota-2015 with 5 billion tenge at 5.89% per annum under pre-export financing for processing sunflower, rapeseed, and flax until September 4, 2026.
