In Akmola region, an entrepreneur built a children's playground at his own expense but was fined 1.5 million tenge for unauthorized construction. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The incident occurred in Arshaly district of Akmola region. Entrepreneur Azamat Nurmagambetov built a children's playground in the village at his own expense and provided it free of charge to local residents. However, since the construction was carried out without permission, an administrative protocol was drawn up and a fine of 1.5 million tenge was imposed.

According to the entrepreneur, he built the playground to improve the leisure time of village children. "I wanted to see the joy of children, but I did not know I was breaking the law. Now I have to pay the fine," he said.

Representatives of the local akimat approved the entrepreneur's actions but noted the need to comply with the law. "We support the entrepreneur's initiative, but any construction must be pre-approved. In the future, we will conduct explanatory work among the population to avoid such situations," said a representative of the akimat.

Currently, the entrepreneur has paid the fine and is collecting the necessary documents to legalize the playground. He plans to implement other social projects in the future.
