A kaolin processing plant has been opened in the Akmola region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The new enterprise is aimed at developing the region's mining industry and creating jobs. The plant processes kaolin, an important raw material used in ceramics, paper, and other industries.

The opening ceremony was attended by local officials and investors. The plant's capacity is 100,000 tons of kaolin per year. The project created 50 new jobs.

This investment project is expected to contribute to the economic development of the region.
