Kazakhstan is set to experience another wave of intense heat. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Kazhydromet has announced that from August 8 to 10, the country will again face scorching heat. According to forecasters, weather conditions across Kazakhstan will be shaped by a vast anticyclone, bringing hot and dry weather to most of the country.
Weather Forecast
Towards the end of the period, the west and northwest of the country will be influenced by a northwestern cyclone and associated atmospheric fronts, bringing rain, thunderstorms, stronger winds, and possible hail in some areas. In the east, at the beginning of the period, as well as in the mountainous regions of the south and southeast, rain and thunderstorms are expected every day due to a southern cyclone.
Temperature Records
Residents of all regions should prepare for another heat wave. Due to warm air masses from Iran, temperatures in the north and east will rise to 35–39°C, in the south to 35–41°C, and in the west and center to 36–41°C, making it extremely hot.
