On October 5, it was 34 years since the founding of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA). This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The organization was founded on Kazakhstan's initiative and is currently undergoing a large-scale transformation period aimed at obtaining the official status of a full-fledged international organization.

Issues raised at the press conference
