American coach Brandon Kaylor from Oregon State University came to Kazakhstan for the first time to attend the World Wrestling Championships and said he was impressed by the beauty of Astana, the cleanliness of its streets and the hospitality of its residents. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

"I am delighted by the beauty of Astana. Kazakhstan has become one of my favorite countries among all the places I have ever visited," the American said.

According to Kaylor, he especially liked the cool weather, the national cuisine and the culture of Kazakhstan. He separately noted the cleanliness and landscaping of the capital, as well as the friendliness of local residents.

"But the most important thing is that the people here are very kind, open and hospitable. They warmly welcome guests from abroad," the coach shared his impressions.

After the tournament ends, Kaylor plans to come to Kazakhstan again and visit Almaty.

The World Wrestling Championships are being held in Astana from October 24 to November 1. About 900 athletes from 135 countries are participating in the competitions.
