Altyndara's press service, responding to media publications, stated that CoreX Holding was not the owner of the subsoil use right at the Koktaszhal deposit. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the company, until 2021 the asset belonged to Ruslan Yun, after which Altyn Polymetals LLP and Terekti Ken Baitytu LLP were controlled through a corporate structure whose ultimate controlling person was Ksenia Yun.
Altyndara acquired from Altyn Polymetals LLP and Terekti Ken Baitytu LLP exclusively production property, without participation shares, stocks, or corporate control over the sellers. The transactions were carried out on the basis of the necessary corporate decisions and with the participation of international legal consultants.
A verification of ownership rights showed that CoreX Holding/Yildirim and other Turkish investors never owned either the enterprises or the property, and the grounds for their claims to these assets do not follow from the available circumstances. The information disseminated by CoreX Holding representatives does not correspond to the circumstances of the transaction and the documented ownership structure.
Thus, Altyndara considers CoreX Holding's claims regarding the subsoil use right at the Koktaszhal deposit unfounded and has officially stated its position.
