Power supply has been fully restored in the Bostandyk and Medeu districts of Almaty after daytime outages on August 20. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to Alatau Zharyk Kompaniyasy JSC, in the Bostandyk district, the power went out at about 15:25 in the area of the Al-Farabi residential complex, Kargaly microdistrict, and Kenesary Khan Street. Electricity was fully restored by 17:50.

In the Medeu district, the outage occurred at about 15:30 and affected the area of Shokai, Sarsenbayev, and Shirokoy Shcheli streets. Power supply was also resumed at 17:50.

Meanwhile, restoration work continues in the Almaly district. At 16:20, consumers in the area of Turkebayev, Rozybakiyev, Bogenbay Batyr streets, and Raiymbek Avenue were left without power. Earlier, the company reported that the cause was damage to two cells of the distribution point.

Company specialists continue technical work to fully restore power supply.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that on August 20, temporary power outages occurred in the Bostandyk, Medeu, Almaly, and Zhetysu districts of Almaty.
