Parts of Almaty to experience power outages on June 12-13

Parts of Almaty will temporarily be without electricity on June 12 and 13 due to planned repair work. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to the schedule of planned outages, on June 12 from 09:00 to 17:00, due to repairs on high-voltage lines, electricity will be cut off in private houses in the Aigerim-1 microdistrict on Nabi Street, houses 209 to 243, and Benberina Street, houses 95 to 129, as well as in houses and buildings in the Gorny Gigant microdistrict.

On the same day from 08:00 to 17:00, there will be no power in houses and buildings on Zhandosov, Turgut Ozal, Satpayev, Turkebayev, Kazybek bi, Sharipov, Aiteke bi, Shagabutdinov, Tole bi, and Duisenov streets.

Outages will also affect the Tastybulak and Akzhal microdistricts, Myrzaliyev, Abdildin and Alatau streets, Kalkaman-2 and Tausamaly microdistricts, and streets 7, Khrischatogo and Imanov.

Electricity will also be absent on Zakharov Street, houses 36 to 148, Namanganskaya, 39, in the Altai-2 microdistrict, houses 36 to 50, as well as houses 54a, 54, 55a and 55.

Outages are also planned on Begalin Street, houses 39 to 106, Vatutin Street, houses 3 to 12, Kabanbai Batyr Street, houses 6 to 27, Lazo Street, houses 3 to 18, Amanzholov Street, houses 33 to 42, and Vishnevaya Street, houses 31 to 46. The list also includes individual entrepreneur Shadman N., IE "Dana", LLP "Yunitair", LLP "Subsidiary Organization of the Chinese Petroleum Engineering and Construction Group", "Almaty Qala Zharyk", IE "VEK" and KGU SK "Zhanuya".

In addition, houses and buildings in the Kamenskoye Plato and Gorny Gigant microdistricts, plots 1 to 10, the gardening partnership "Zdorovye", plots 82 to 93, the gardening society "Medik", plots 4 and 55, on Alatauskaya Street, 2, in the Aktobe microdistrict, Solnechny Lane, houses 2 to 6, in the Aktobe microdistrict, the gardening partnership "Almaly", plots 21 to 42, will remain without power.

The schedule also includes RDT "Almatytelecom", "Almaty Qala Zharyk", Solnechnaya Street, 5A, the gardening society "Avrora", plots 1 to 130, Kerbulakskaya Street, houses 9 to 121, Olimpiyskaya, 31, the gardening partnership "Almaly", plots 8 to 45, the gardening society "Zhan Tobe", house 147, and Observatory, 1/4.

Planned outages will also take place on Radlov Street, houses 65 to 146, Sakhariyev Street, houses 90 to 108, and Chimbulakskaya Street, houses 6 to 25. The list includes JSC "Kcell", JSC "RTS Deco", IE "Mulkibayeva Zh.A." and LLP "Management Company Renessance".

On June 13 from 08:00 to 17:00, due to ongoing repairs at a transformer substation, electricity will be cut off in houses and buildings on Duisenov, Mekhanicheskaya, Rozybakiyev streets and Raiymbek Avenue.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that starting June 8, 2026, a large-scale campaign of forced disconnection of electricity for non-payers was launched in the Almaty region and Almaty.
