Traffic will be temporarily restricted at night on two sections of Tole bi street in Almaty due to work within the LRT project, the akimat reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
From 23:00 to 08:00 on September 12 and 13, traffic will be closed on the section from Masanchi street to Baitursynov street, as well as from Nauryzbai batyr street to Zheltoksan street.
The akimat warned that the timing of the work may be adjusted depending on the technological process.
Warning signs will be installed on the sections. Drivers are asked to plan their route in advance.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that in Almaty, from 06:00 on September 13 to 06:00 on September 14, a section of Abai avenue from Saina street to B. Momyshuly street will be closed. The restrictions are related to medium road repairs.
In addition, until September 18, a section of Olimpiyskaya street from Tyshkanbaev street to Baikonur street remains closed in the Medeu district. There, specialists are carrying out emergency restoration work on a damaged 220 kV cable power line.
