In Almaty, a 19-year-old and a 21-year-old woman were held administratively liable for obscene language during a joint live broadcast on TikTok. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the city police, officers established that the recording was made on the territory of a car market. The identities of the participants were identified, and the materials were transferred to court. Each of the women was sentenced to five days of administrative arrest.
Police emphasized that public space, including social networks and live broadcasts, does not exempt citizens from liability for violating public order.
